Jumio entered into the partnership with CIMB Bank Philippines to offer its digital onboarding solution for Filipinos. The collaboration lets citizens get a safe and seamless onboarding experience, while still holding standards of data privacy and meeting local compliance requirements.

Jumio’s identity verification solution uses machine learning, AI, certified liveness detection, and face-based biometrics. That ensures the person behind a digital transaction is who they say they are by matching a user’s live selfie with the photo shown on their government-issued ID.

Thanks to the integration of CIMB Bank PH and Jumio, the KYC (Know Your Customer) process will take less than 5minute, instead of 15 as it was before.
