Royal Bank of Canada and its AI research institute Borealis AI have teamed up with Red Hat and NVIDIA to develop a new AI computing platform. The platform is designed to transform the customer banking experience and help keep pace with technology changes and evolving customer expectations.

RBC and Borealis AI aim to build an AI infrastructure that would allow to bring transformative intelligent apps to market faster. Consequently, that would deliver an enhanced experience for clients.

RBC’s AI private cloud can run thousands of simulations and analyze millions of data points faster than before. The self-service infrastructure will allow RBC to build, deploy, and maintain next-generation AI-powered banking applications.
