Recently two leading customer engagement platforms for financial services, Santander UK and Personetics, have launched a new digital solution called “My Money Manager” with Moura Capital portfolio company, the successor fund of Santander InnoVentures.
My Money Manager integrated into Santander’s mobile banking app. Artificial Intelligence is driven by this new digital solution and ensures that users do not miss the things that matter in their daily lives. The app has useful financial tips and easily understandable insights about the financial commitments—all these tips and insights are delivered through notifications and insight inbox.
With the Money Manager app, they can analyze cash flow, which includes payments and deposits. The app also gives its users an option to analyze their spendings, which breaks down by category. Now Santander’s customers can also get help from this app, and it would be good for those who were impacted by the pandemic.
This banking app provides easy access to financial data-driven alerts, insights, and tips to their users. My Money Manager will develop over time as it learns more about customer behavior, choices, and it will also integrate customer feedback. Some insight and tools available included in this app are expected deposit dates, push notifications, purchase analysis, a notice of subscription service, advance warning, and many more.
