Akurateco announced Smart Invoicing solution
Akurateco, an Amsterdam-based white-label payment software provider, is now offering Smart Invoicing thus allowing merchants to set up specific payment actions to charge for automatically.
As to the main advantages, the feature allows to set up different fee types – transaction-based and recurring. Besides, it allows to fully customize the beginning and end of the recurring billing period as well as its frequency. In addition, it can automate fee customization and take this burden off the shoulders of the key team players.
Akurateco states that with smart invoicing they aim to help merchants effortlessly charge more with predefined payment triggers while saving time, money, and strengthening customer loyalty.
The company also announced that they’re currently finishing their cutting-edge Payment Calendar feature to help business owners be in full control of cash in/out flows. Paired with reconciliation, either automatic or manual, this feature will make transaction optimization and consolidation a breeze.
