Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) and the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan:OJK) have confirmed their intentions to cooperate with targeted letters from both sides. It will dramatically improve the information field in the innovation sector, and stabilize and improve the business relationship between the two government agencies. Japan and Indonesia have significantly strengthened their ties in the financial and supervisory sectors. 

A paramount bond between two agencies has become increasingly important as innovation services expand globally. In view of this cooperation, there will be available referral mechanisms for financial innovators that will allow companies to hassle-free enter the Japanese and Indonesian markets.
