JCB enters into strategic partnership with Asian e-commerce platform

These two brands will jointly provide quality e-commerce and payments services across the Southeast Asian market

Shopee and JCB International have entered into a regional agreement to provide online merchants and shoppers with enhanced payment options.

Their collaboration will roll out in July 2020 in Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, followed by Singapore and the Philippines in the following months.

According to the report, JCB will offer year-round and seasonal discounts and an additional secure payment method for shoppers. As to Shopee, it will promote participating stores that support JCB.
