Visa announced a partnership with Clinc, the US AI company, to provide voice capabilities to Visa customers. Besides Visa, AI company collaborates with such leading firms as Barclays, USAA, Isbank, and OCBC bank.

Those banks, credit unions and other institutions that use Visa’s APIs will operate with voice-powered capabilities provided by Clinc. The company’s services will cover fund transfers, bill payments and opening a new credit card, as well.

Clinc provides a multi-language solution, eliminating the need for special keywords or memorized templates. It can also review a customer’s spending history and increase a credit limit. What is more, it is able to dispute transactions and create a payment plan.

According to information, Visa has already used AI. In June 2019, Visa revealed it had prevented $25 billion in annual fraud using AI through its ‘Visa Advanced Authorization’ product.
