Ripple has launched a creator fund worth USD 250 million, according to the blog post.

The US-based company will provide creators with creative, technical and financial support that they need to craft and explore NFTs. The support will be offered across artists, marketplaces, brands and creators.

By doing so, Ripple Creator Fund will enable the tokenisation use cases such as fractional ownership and interactive experiences.

The payments provider is partnering with agencies and NFT marketplaces that note the potential offered by tokenised assets. The agencies and marketplaces will get initial access to the fund once launched.

The company, alongside the partners, is also speeding up the NFT’s evolution while also eliminating the difficulties that come with implementing compelling projects. Partners including VSA Partners, mintNFT and Mintable aim at building the NFT 2.0 experience that will ease the connection with content owners, premium brands and talent by leveraging XRP Ledger.

We’ve reported that Amex teamed up with US fintech to expand virtual card offering.
