eBrands, a Finnish company that will only work with sustainable brands, is entering the Amazon seller acquisition market, Ecommerce News report.

Founded in 2021, the Finnish company aims to acquire, manage and scale small and medium-sized brands that are sold on Amazon. It is strictly focused on brands that generate over 90% of their sales through Amazon in Europe and outside.

After its recent founding, eBrands has already acquired and started managing several brands in international markets. The company will continue to acquire new brands in its portfolio and is currently looking for new potential sellers.

Even though the business model is based on financing the purchase of the brands, we are really taking a more entrepreneurial approach in the way we manage and scale these brands. We are not bankers but have a deep understanding of serving customers through Amazon
Jonne Välilä, eBrands founder

We’ve reported that Amazon launched the first edition of the Amazon Launchpad Innovation Awards.
