Ecommerce News reveals that German e-commerce was worth €72.6 billion in 2019. That’s an increase of 11.6% compared to the situation a year before.

The shoppers ordering several times a week and a significant increase in order volume through mobile devices are believed to drive the growth.

Data shows that one in three orders is placed with the use of a smartphone or tablet, while five years ago, the mobile share was just 20%.
