According to Ecommerce News, the Netherlands demonstrates a return rate of 13%, which is more than in Germany, Poland, and Switzerland with an average rate of 10%.
In 2019, 51% of all Dutch returns were fashion items, now that has decreased to still 44%. This way, fashion provides the highest number of returns in the Netherlands.
