British mobile-only bank Monzo announced it has raised £20 million from 36 thousand investors. Impressively, it took just 2 days, 2 hours and 45 minutes.
The challenger bank shared some precise data on the money raised:
- £2,038,459 from our existing investors;
- £17,961,551 in just 2 hours and 45 minutes yesterday;
- £6,881,389 in the first 5 minutes yesterday;
- £2,940,760 in 60 seconds during the fastest minute.
