The Delivery Group announced it has acquired independent postal management provider Onepost. It’s unknown how much the UK postal and e-commerce operator paid for Onepost, but, according to Ecommerce News, it will bring together two major players in the British mail and e-commerce sector.

It was announced earlier this week that The Delivery Group acquired 100% of Onepost’s share capital. Now the two companies will come together, the enlarged group will have an annual turnover of over 293 million euros, while employing 500 people across seven locations, and managing almost a billion items of mail and packages both in the United Kingdom and abroad.

The Delivery Group’s automation and transport technology is second to none, and will bring significant benefits to our customers with improved tracking, delivery accuracy and give us access to a wider range of services
