Barclays and Visa have signed a new multi-year partnership. The agreement aims to drive innovation and product development as well as facilitate international expansion of the bank.

Along with that, Barclays will help Visa to develop industry-leading product innovations and deploy them across the Barclays Payments network.

The partnership and the commitment to innovation are expected to help Barclays and Visa to develop market-leading propositions and maintain reassuring security checks and balances as well.

Barclays and Visa have also partnered on the launch of contactless payments and wearables in the UK and the roll-out of ‘touch and go’ payments across the Transport for London Network.
