Ecommerce News revealed that Zalando has officially launched its loyalty program Zalando Plus in France. The service was already available for its customers in Germany and Switzerland, with Italy joining soon.

Zalando Plus has been presented for selected customers in the Paris area, although the program will be expanded to more French customers later. Zalando’s loyalty program provides its members with unlimited free 1-2 day express home delivery, free standard delivery, and discounts. A Zalando Plus annual membership costs €9.95.

Besides the benefits mentioned above, Zalando Plus members in France also get exclusive services. For example, they can use the “try first, pay later” payment method, allowing them to try on purchases directly at home and pay only for the items they keep. In addition to that, French customers can return items free and directly in their own mailbox as well.
