ICICI Bank has announced the launch of banking services on WhatsApp, enabling its customers to check their balance within the social platform.

This way, the bank’s retail customers can check their savings account balance and last 3 transactions. What is more, they can get a credit card limit information as long as the details of pre-approved instant loan offers.

Besides, the new banking service allows them to block and unblock credit & debit cards with end-to-end encryption for all messages. In addition to that, the customers can also get details of the nearest 3 ICICI Bank ATMs and branches in their vicinity.
