The 4th Annual Financial Restructuring MENA Conference will take place on 17–18 June 2026 at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.

The conference is recognized as one of the MENA region’s major platforms dedicated to corporate restructuring, business turnarounds, distressed asset investments, and non-performing loan (NPL) markets. Organized by Great Minds Event Management, the event brings together government authorities, regulators, lenders, family offices, corporates, investors, restructuring advisers, insolvency experts, and international law firms for two days of discussions, networking, and case study presentations.
The agenda will cover topics including distressed debt opportunities, non-performing loan (NPL) markets, private credit, special situations lending, governance challenges, shareholder disputes, real estate restructuring, asset tracing, synthetic risk transfers (SRTs), and corporate turnaround strategies. Sessions will also examine cross-border restructuring cases, liquidity management, restructuring failures, distressed lending trends, and legal and regulatory developments affecting restructuring and insolvency markets in the MENA region.
The program includes keynote presentations, investor panels, fireside chats, roundtable discussions, networking receptions, and exhibition activities featuring regional and international restructuring specialists, legal advisers, and financial institutions.
Speakers and participants are expected from leading financial institutions, advisory firms, corporates, government bodies, and investment firms across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider international markets. The event aims to support the development of stronger insolvency and restructuring ecosystems in the region while exploring opportunities in distressed investments and corporate recovery.
