Abhi Saudi, powered by Alraedah Digital Solutions, has announced a partnership with the technology talent platform Squadio to provide Earned Wage Access (EWA) for Squadio employees.

The service allows employees to access a portion of their earned wages before the payday during the month, depending on earned income and eligibility criteria set by the provider and employer. Early Wage Access (EWA) aligns with distributed and project-based work scenarios typical for platforms like Squadio that place developers, engineers, and other technical staff into client projects that may differ in length and terms. In such circumstances, employees may face flexible schedules and not always consistent payout terms.
The CEO of Squadio, Abdulrahman Alzeaagi, said: “We are pleased with this strategic partnership with Abhi Company, which reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional work environment that supports the well-being of our employees and technical teams, and enables them to access flexible financial solutions that enhance stability and productivity. We are also proud to collaborate with a partner that shares our vision of leveraging technology to improve the employee experience. At Squadio, we believe that empowering tech teams with smart tools and modern benefits is the foundation for building more efficient and sustainable workplaces.”
The agreement adds to Abhi’s existing partnerships in Saudi Arabia focused on EWA solutions for employer workforces.
Earlier collaborations include a partnership with Qlub, where employees were enabled to access earned wages through Abhi’s EWA system. In another arrangement, Abhi worked with KABi to integrate wage access into workforce platforms for employees in KABi-managed organisations.
Abhi also previously partnered with Bayut KSA to enable employees to access part of their earned salaries during the month. In addition, it launched similar arrangements with other Saudi employers, such as QBS and Alruqee Group, extending the same EWA model across different sectors in the Kingdom.
“At Abhi, we believe the future of work extends beyond how people work to how they experience and access their earnings,” said Omair Ansari, Co-Founder and CEO of Abhi. “Earned Wage Access empowers employees with greater financial control while enabling employers to promote a more engaged, productive, and financially resilient workforce. Our partnership with Squadio reflects a shared commitment to leveraging technology to improve employee well-being and create modern workplace experiences.”
Abhi began its operations in Saudi Arabia in 2024 after expanding from the broader MENAP region, where it provides Earned Wage Access and related financial services across multiple markets. The company reports over 1 million users and more than 7,000 business partners globally.
The global EWA market was estimated at around $8 billion in 2025. It is projected to reach ~$36–52 billion by the early 2030s, depending on the research methodology.
