Anthropic and Deloitte Expand Claude Availability, Strive to Develop Industry-Specific AI Solutions

Deloitte has announced plans to roll out Anthropic’s AI assistant, Claude, to its entire global workforce of around 470,000 employees. This move, which represents Anthropic’s largest enterprise AI deployment to date, means that staff across Deloitte’s offices will gain access to Claude’s assistance with tasks such as research, data analysis, drafting, and client advisory work.

Besides that, the two companies aim to collaborate on developing new industry-specific AI solutions, tailoring the AI’s capabilities to the unique needs of sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government. These solutions will combine Claude’s safety-first architecture with Deloitte’s Trustworthy AI framework, ensuring that clients can deploy AI responsibly, with enhanced transparency, control, and compliance.

To support this initiative, the firm will establish a dedicated Claude Center of Excellence, staffed with trained AI specialists. This team will focus on building implementation frameworks, sharing best practices across global deployments, and providing ongoing technical support to help clients and Deloitte teams move AI projects from pilot phases to full-scale production.

The Center of Excellence aims to ensure that Deloitte’s clients can safely and effectively adopt generative AI at scale, integrating Claude into complex business processes while maintaining compliance, governance, and data security standards.

In addition, Deloitte and Anthropic are launching a formal certification program that will train and certify 15,000 Deloitte professionals to use Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant. These certified specialists will help deploy Claude-based solutions both within Deloitte’s own operations and across client organizations, accelerating large-scale AI adoption and transformation.

The initiative reflects Deloitte’s broader strategy to integrate advanced AI tools into daily operations, helping its consultants and auditors work more efficiently while exploring new ways to deliver insights to clients. By embedding Claude across its global network, Deloitte joins other major professional services firms investing heavily in generative AI to enhance productivity, innovation, and decision-making.

To get started with expanded AI tools, Deloitte clients can reach out to their account teams to explore deployment options, while enterprises can learn more on Deloitte’s Enterprise AI page. Developers can access Claude’s capabilities directly via the Anthropic API.
