Rezolve Ai names James House to lead Reward

Rezolve Ai has appointed Mastercard and BNP Paribas veteran James House to run its Reward business. Besides AI-powered platform for commerce, Rezolve Ai has recently acquired banking and commerce media company Reward. Having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of Reward, James House has over 25 years of experience in building, scaling and exiting high-growth businesses. His CEO appointment supports the parent company’s plan to bring discovery, engagement, loyalty, payments and transaction intelligence features into its AI-driven banking and commerce platform. House will be responsible for international expansion, accelerating growth across markets, scaling Finance Media Network, and boosting platform’s intelligence suite.

Icon Solutions brings in Anders Olofsson for EMEA sales

Icon Solutions has named Anders Olofsson as Sales Director for EMEA. His job is to help more banks adopt the company’s payments framework. The timing makes sense, as financial institutions across the region continue upgrading older systems to handle faster payments and meet modern messaging standards. Icon Payments Framework (IPF) is alredy used by Citi, UBS, NatWest and BNP Paribas. Anders brings in more than 30 years of experience in the global payments industry, and deep payment expertise gained with senior leadership roles at both Finastra and Visa.

HESTA has announced Robbie Campo, currently the CEO of ESSSuper, to become its next chief executive, starting in August 2026. The Australian top performing superannuation fund for workers in health and community service sectors manages about $100 billion. This major leadership change has significant strategic meaning for its members. Campo, with her 26-year career in the superannuation sector, will take over as, after recent German VZB pension fund collapse, pension funds face steady pressure to deliver solid long-term returns while also managing regulation and sustainability expectations.
