Fintech startup Yeeld announced the beginning of cooperation with the financial company Airwallex in order to accelerate global payment operations and other transactions for customers.
Yeeld was founded by former Stripe employees Emily Tsitrian and Mira Boora. The activity of this company is to provide businesses, regardless of their scale, with assistance in integrating and modernizing payment acceptance technology. The startup intends to improve and optimize technological systems designed for financial operations in order to increase the level of profitability of customers.
Yeeld plans to expand the scope of its activities in the fintech industry as part of the partnership. Emily Tsitrian says that international payments are a factor of paramount importance in the process of growth of the world’s leading companies and scaling of their business.
Airwallex’s approach to cross-border payment transactions and its principle of operation in the space of global financial infrastructure will contribute to the qualitative development that Yeeld customers expect. The cooperation will also allow the fintech startup to implement innovative solutions.
Jessica Chiu, Vice President of Strategic Partnership at Airwallex, says that in modern conditions it is important for businesses to form the right combination of global payments and financial technologies. This company offers consumers solutions for managing payment transactions, treasury, expenses, and embedded finance. These proposals allow firms to expand the scale of their business.
Earlier in August, Airwallex announced the beginning of cooperation with the venture investment platform OurCrowd. The goal of this cooperation was to simplify investing in startups. Partners offer consumers a solution that allows them to direct financing to firms at an early stage of development, regardless of their location, and through the use of local currency and at the touch of a button. Airwallex stated that this collaboration provides OurCrowd clients from more than 195 countries with the opportunity to invest in global startups on a digital platform.
In July, Airwallex said it was helping the Brex spending platform expand globally by providing solutions such as collecting local currency for a global FinTech corporate credit card and reimbursing employees.
