Invest Bank has announced the outcomes of a strategic partnership with AUTON8 aimed at strengthening regulatory resilience, operational efficiency, and customer-focused agility across its core and digital banking operations in the UAE.

The bank is currently executing a broader digital transformation programme designed to streamline repetitive processes and redeploy internal resources toward customer experience, product development, and growth initiatives. Through its collaboration with AUTON8, Invest Bank reports progress in accelerating compliance readiness, improving operational resilience, and enhancing service delivery.
The transformation initiative is built around AUTON8’s A8 automation platform, which integrates multiple modules to support system reliability and business agility. The CAPTURE module has been used to develop a multi-platform regression testing suite that allows both technical and business teams to manage automation processes without requiring advanced coding expertise. The LOAD module is designed to maintain operational performance and resilience across core and digital banking systems. Meanwhile, MOBILE supports testing of the bank’s mobile application, including accessibility compliance, and NEXUS functions as a data adaptor to streamline reporting configuration and facilitate regulatory compliance through improved data integration.
According to Invest Bank’s leadership, the partnership has enabled broader automation across operational workflows, contributing to faster release cycles, improved reconciliation and reporting processes, and strengthened compliance readiness. The bank stated that embedding automation into its delivery framework has supported faster implementation of regulatory updates and feature releases while maintaining operational stability.
AUTON8’s executives described the collaboration as part of a broader effort to help financial institutions manage complex regulatory and operational environments. They indicated that the A8 platform is designed to integrate automation into release cycles and compliance processes, enabling banks to introduce changes more efficiently without disrupting service continuity.
Invest Bank reported that early results from the programme include improved compliance preparation timelines, enhanced resilience across front- and back-office systems, increased reliability in release management, and the reassignment of staff to higher-value, customer-oriented roles.
Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Sharjah, Invest Bank PSC is a publicly listed financial institution on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. AUTON8 is a global automation and digital transformation company providing enterprise automation solutions to financial institutions and other sectors.
