JustPaid Enhances Revenue Management With New AI Capabilities

AI agent support, product page builder, and intelligent follow-up reminders – all these and more features are called to empower JustPaid customers with a smooth and automated revenue management experience.

JustPaid Enhances Revenue Management With New AI Capabilities

AI-powered revenue operations platform JustPaid has introduced a suite of upgrades that will make the full cycle of revenue management, from invoice generation to payment collection, simpler, smarter, and less prone to manual errors.

The labor-saving platform that automates invoice follow-ups, tracks customer payments, and manages all communications was enhanced with an AI Agent answering customer calls 24/7. Besides giving basic information about the company’s services and capabilities, the smart digital assistant can guide users through onboarding, explain how the product works, and provide real-time support, all through a natural conversation. Unlike typical chatbots or help centers, this solution uses advanced conversational AI to offer a much more interactive and helpful experience.

JustPaid is also rolling out a tool that lets users explore and start using key features of the platform on their own, without needing to go through long sales calls or complicated setup processes. This approach, known as a product-led growth (PLG) strategy, makes it easier and faster for finance teams to get started. The product page builder gives users direct access to the product, letting them experience its value firsthand, which sets it apart from traditional, sales-heavy software onboarding.

The company has also introduced AI Reminders — an automated system that smartly follows up with a company’s customers about important tasks, like reminding them to make a payment. Using natural language and real context, the AI handles this process without needing a human to step in. Traditionally, companies rely on accounts receivable (AR) managers to chase payments, but now this AI Agent can do it 24/7, all year round. It helps businesses collect revenue more efficiently, reduces the need for manual follow-ups, and frees up teams to focus on more strategic work.

Revenue management can be quite challenging due to inconsistent cash flows, reliance on spreadsheets, manual processes, or disconnected tools, multiple follow-ups, complex contracts and billing structures, and many other factors. The inefficiencies of revenue management systems result in late payments and cash flow disruptions. Thus, over 80% of US businesses see about 30%-50% of their invoices overdue, leading to significant cash flow risks.

Small business owners, who typically have little access to AR automation, spend about 10% of their workday chasing down unpaid invoices. Overall, only a small percentage of firms (between 7% and 19%, depending on the company size) have their revenue management fully automated. Meanwhile, businesses that have tested automated platforms like JustPaid see tremendous improvements in their operational flows.

“JustPaid has completely transformed the way we manage our finances. What used to take hours of manual work is now fully automated and error-free. Their team understands the nuances of fast-growing businesses, and the platform feels like it was built exactly for startups like ours. Partnering with JustPaid has freed up our time and allowed us to focus entirely on scaling.”
