Financial Plus, thanks to cooperation, will be able to automate more than 90% of application solutions, including KYC, AML, BSA, ordering products and services, financing, and basic booking. This solution will increase the level of efficiency of operations and minimize the use of manual mechanisms.

With Mantl products, new consumers will be able to open checking, savings, CD money market, and secondary accounts in less than three minutes. Existing members of the credit union can open a new shared account with just one click.

Brad Bergmouser, president and CEO of Financial Plus, said that credit union members and their interests are a top priority. He also stated that increasing the experience and ensuring the success of partners is the main motive in making decisions regarding the strategy of activities.

Brad Bergmouser stated that the new partnership reflects a cultural shift at Financial Plus Credit Union aimed at introducing innovative technologies that transform the digital experience, automate manual processes, and increase the level of back-office efficiency.
