The company says its Chat & Social AI offering is designed to support loan officers across the full production workflow, from prospecting and customer outreach to document management and loan submissions.
According to the company, the goal is to reduce administrative workload and help originators focus more time on building customer relationships and closing loans.
One of the key elements of the launch is the platform’s ability to support social outreach and marketing activities, enabling originators to generate content and engage with prospects on channels like social media.
