The integration with Nuvei provides Zuora customers with a recurring payment infrastructure to accelerate subscription growth in both established and emerging markets.
Nuvei, a payment technology company that offers a modular, end-to-end payment platform, has announced an integration with Zuora, a monetization platform for subscription and usage-based business models.
The collaboration enables global enterprises to manage recurring revenue more efficiently by combining Zuora’s monetization tools with Nuvei’s global acquiring network, support for local payment methods, and real-time transaction optimization.
The Nuvei-Zuora integration supports scaling subscription, usage-based, and hybrid models with localized payment options, compliance, and infrastructure tailored to both developed and emerging markets. It is designed to simplify international expansion by improving payment authorization rates, streamlining reconciliation, and removing the need for multiple local payment service providers or solutions.
Demand for subscription services continues to grow: the global transaction value of the subscription economy is projected to rise from $593 billion in 2024 to $996 billion by 2028. Zuora’s research also shows that companies in its Subscription Economy Index grew revenue 11% faster than the S&P 500 over the past two years.
Subscription companies tend to have higher valuations because of predictable revenue flows, higher customer lifetime values, enhanced brand loyalty, and flexible added-value services. Such services are also increasingly popular with customers due to their automated payment process, flexible and affordable subscription plans, and usage convenience.
Nuvei currently offers direct local acquiring in over 50 markets and supports more than 720 alternative payment methods worldwide. It has recently enhanced its payment infrastructure with instant payouts powered by Mastercard Move, advanced omnichannel payment transaction solution, and B2B tools.
