One Inc Extends ClaimsPay Solution to Canada

One Inc, a digital payments network for the insurance sector, announced the launch of its flagship solution, ClaimsPay, for the Canadian property and casualty (P&C) insurance market.

ClaimsPay aims to replace manual, paper-based disbursements with digital options, including Interac, virtual cards, EFT, and direct deposit, reducing administrative effort and costs while improving reconciliation and security.

The solution will be made available in Fall 2026 through the Guidewire Marketplace as part of an expanded strategic partnership between One Inc and Guidewire. Canadian insurers will be able to adopt the solution through pre-built integrations developed by Guidewire for Guidewire Cloud, requiring minimal implementation effort.

As Guidewire’s designated strategic payments partner, One Inc works with insurers to modernize payment operations across claims and premium collections. The new integration will allow more than 35 Canadian insurers in the Guidewire customer community to access embedded, digital claims disbursements directly within their core platforms.

Through ClaimsPay, policyholders will be able to receive claims payments through widely used platforms such as Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Interac, improving speed and flexibility in claims settlement. The integration also supports bilingual requirements and localized compliance standards for the Canadian market.
