OroCommerce platform, designed for mid-market and large enterprises with complex B2B needs, is expanding its embedded capabilities with OroPay – a unified solution combining invoicing, payments, ERP connectivity, and commerce.

Oro’s B2B e-commerce platform is recognized for its scalability and flexibility, being particularly suitable for industries with complex product catalogs, bulk ordering, and multi-channel sales requirements. Manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and other businesses with complex sales processes use OroCommerce to:

  • create self-service portals, wholesale stores, and customer-specific buying experiences,
  • manage customer accounts, product catalogs, attributes, and media,
  • automate workflows with bulk ordering, recurring orders, saved shopping lists, and more.

The addition of a new embedded payment tool gives enterprises seamless support of key B2B payment workflows like partial payments, credit memos, and multi-brand operations, while offering buyers self-service payments via credit card, ACH, and digital methods. The unified dashboard also equips B2B operators with real-time visibility and reconciliation.

OroPay runs on technology from Global Payments, a major global provider that handles over 73 billion transactions a year and operates in more than 100 countries. It also connects easily with systems like Microsoft and SAP.

Thanks to this setup, OroPay can offer lower processing fees for large B2B payments through Level 2 and 3 credit card support. It also includes strong fraud protection, compliance with security standards like SCA and PSD2, tokenization, and the ability to accept both local and international payment methods.

Starting with version 5.1 LTS, OroPay will be pre-integrated with all OroCommerce installations. Businesses can also opt out, without any added cost or penalty. The onboarding process is handled together with Global Payments, who offer dedicated support, training, and implementation assistance to ensure a smooth setup.
