Paysend and Visa are taking their collaboration to the next level, unlocking faster, more seamless cross-border payments for businesses across North America through a new Enterprise API program.

Paysend Deepens Collaboration with Visa to Improve Cross-Border Payment Services

Paysend has announced an expansion of its ongoing collaboration with Visa through a new program aimed at improving cross-border payment capabilities for businesses across North America.

The initiative will make Paysend’s Enterprise API, which enables companies to integrate Paysend’s payment solutions directly into their systems, available to Visa merchants and partners in the region.

The development builds on previous joint work between the two companies to facilitate real-time money transfers to Visa debit cards in over 100 markets since 2023. By combining Paysend’s technology with Visa’s network, the expanded partnership seeks to support faster, more transparent international transactions and wider adoption among Visa’s commercial ecosystem.

Justin Zhao, Head of Global Partnerships and Sales at Visa Direct, noted that the collaboration reflects an effort to address challenges in cross-border payments while improving speed, transparency, and convenience.

Rick Castello, Head of North America Sales at Paysend, said the initiative represents a continuation of the companies’ strategic relationship, aimed at expanding access to secure, real-time payments.

Paysend also partners with Central Payments, which provides backend processing and compliance support for its U.S. operations.
