Rezolve Ai announced a partnership with UK fintech Zilch on July 21, 2026, to bring personalized retailer offers directly into the Zilch payments app used by nearly 6 million customers.

The integration runs through Rezolve Ai’s Reward platform. It embeds engagement from hundreds of UK retailers into the everyday Zilch shopping and payment flow. Consumers could benefit from such an integration, since retailer offers and cashback opportunities will appear at the point of payment, not in a separate loyalty app or browser extension.
Zilch functions as an alternative to traditional payment cards, combining debit, credit, instalments, earned wage access, and rewards in one account. The platform has already helped its customers save more than £750 million in fees and interest since its 2019 founding, and it channels over £2.5 billion annually to partner merchants.
Andreas Andreou, Chief Revenue Officer at Zilch, said the partnership “significantly expands the range of retailers our customers can access with subsidized credit in-store and online through Zilch.” He added that it brings more brands onto what the company calls Intelligent Commerce, connecting them with Zilch’s customer base.
Rezolve Ai’s Reward division has already returned more than $2 billion in cashback across its existing network, which includes Barclays, Visa, Mastercard, NatWest, and Mashreq. Zilch becomes the latest addition to that network.
James House, CEO of Reward, said the platform gives brands “another high-quality financial environment through which to reach customers, drive engagement and generate measurable sales growth.”
For Zilch customers, the collaboration should boost convenience. Retailer deals and rewards will surface directly inside the app they already use to pay, rather than through a separate rewards system. Besides, Rezolve Ai also frames this as part of a broader shift toward “agentic commerce,” where AI-driven tools can not only search for products and potentially buy them on the customer’s behalf but also surface relevant offers automatically as spending decisions happen, so that customers don’t need to search for discounts separately.
Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve Ai, said the deal reflects where commerce is heading, describing it as “intelligent engagement embedded directly into the payments journey.”
The Zilch deal follows other recent Rezolve Ai partnerships with Mashreq, Visa, and Tata Consultancy Services. The company has cited these agreements as supporting its previously issued FY26 revenue guidance of approximately $360 million.
