WRISE Group and IFCG Forge Strategic Wealth Management Alliance to Target Thailand’s Growing Private Wealth Market

Singapore-based multi-family office WRISE Group has announced a strategic partnership with Thailand’s IFCG Public Company Limited, in a move aimed at expanding institutional-grade wealth management solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) and mass affluent investors in the Thai market.

WRISE Group and IFCG Forge Strategic Wealth Management Alliance to Target Thailand’s Growing Private Wealth Market

The alliance, officially unveiled on 3 March 2026, reflects growing demand for more sophisticated and globally connected advisory services in Southeast Asia’s evolving private wealth landscape.

Under the terms of the collaboration, WRISE will integrate its wealth management platform and investment solutions with IFCG’s established local distribution network, which includes a roster of more than 400 professional wealth advisors across Thailand. The partnership is designed to offer a broader range of investment and insurance capabilities to clients who have traditionally faced fragmented access to global markets and limited advisory resources at home.

Thailand’s private wealth segment is gaining strategic attention from international asset managers. Market research suggests the country’s combined private investment assets could exceed USD 1 trillion by 2028, driven by increasing affluence and a growing preference for diversified, cross-border portfolios among affluent households.

WRISE has positioned itself as one of Asia’s fastest-growing independent wealth platforms, with operational presence in key financial hubs, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Changsha, Taipei, and Tokyo, not to mention a network of more than 200 affiliated financial intermediaries. The firm combines advisory services, proprietary technology, and access to global markets to support comprehensive wealth planning and capital solutions.

In a statement, Derrick Tan, Group Executive Chairman of WRISE, said the alliance with IFCG aligns with WRISE’s strategy to “democratise access to institutional-grade wealth solutions” and extend the same borderless investment capabilities available in other major Asian and Middle Eastern financial centers to Thai clients.

The Thailand partnership also follows WRISE’s recent regional moves, including the establishment of a client service centre in Taipei earlier in 2026, part of its broader effort to deepen engagement with ultra-high-net-worth and family office clientele across Asia.

For its part, IFCG Public Company Limited is a well-established Thai brokerage and advisory firm with more than 16 years of experience in financial planning and investment services. The company operates as a comprehensive wealth partner, specialising in the strategic integration of financial, property, and wellness-oriented investment solutions for a diversified client base.

Withoon Lertpanomwan, CEO of IFCG, highlighted the complementary nature of the partnership, noting that combining global investment solutions with IFCG’s in-market expertise will enable a scalable, compliant and sophisticated wealth advisory platform for Thailand’s investors.

The alliance between WRISE and IFCG arrives at a time when Southeast Asia’s wealth management industry is undergoing a shift toward greater integration with global investment networks, technology-enabled advisory platforms, and bespoke solutions tailored to affluent and corporate clients.

Analysts have identified Thailand as an emerging growth market for external asset managers (EAMs) and multi-family offices seeking to capture new segments of private capital and offer differentiated products and services beyond those traditionally provided by domestic banks.

The WRISE-IFCG strategic partnership is structured to leverage both firms’ strengths: global investment access and deep local market knowledge, potentially setting a benchmark for similar collaborations in the region.
