Zeller Unveils Terminal 2 Integrated Payments & POS Solution

Australian fintech Zeller introduced an all-in-one payments and point-of-sale (POS) solution for businesses called Terminal 2, setting a new benchmark in retail technology.

Zeller Unveils Terminal 2 Integrated Payments & POS Solution

Zeller Terminal 2 accepts all major card types (EMV chip cards, contactless cards, and mobile wallets) and has built-in Zeller POS Lite software to manage inventory and track sales.

The combined payment and POS terminal comes in a sleek design and three various colours. It was designed and engineered in Melbourne. The new solution has a unique hardware format that stands out from traditional EFTPOS terminals.

It has no traditional receipt printer, supporting email, SMS, and new downloadable QR code receipts to reduce the environmental impact of retail sales. Besides, Terminal 2 has removed the traditional magstripe card reader to reduce the risk of credit card fraud.

The embedded POS app is free to use. It offers numerous features for merchants, including creating items, discounts, modifiers and variants, tracking inventory, sending itemised receipts, and managing sales operations directly from the terminal. The app also integrates seamlessly with over 600 third-party POS platforms.

The terminal’s 6.5-inch full-colour HD digital display is customisable, enabling businesses to set up preferred modes (light or dark). Besides, retailers can choose the style of POS solution that best suits their interior, as the device comes in three basic colours (black, white, and graphite).

The cost of the brand-new payments and POS Zeller device is $199.

“While other banks and providers are raising their fees, Zeller is dedicated to delivering premium products at affordable prices. We’re helping Australian business owners to streamline their operations, deliver a better customer experience, and ultimately survive and thrive.”
