Consumers of Vivo, OPPO, and Xiaomi can easily transfer files between their mobile devices, eliminating the need for any third-party applications or network data
Vivo, OPPO, and Xiaomi announced the launch of a new wireless file transfer system to consumers worldwide. The new system enables seamless cross-brand file transfer with just one click.
The companies have established the “Peer-to-Peer Transmission Alliance” to provide users with an unparalleled file transfer experience.
The transfer system will support a wide range of files, including photos, videos, music, documents, etc.
The wireless file transfer system doesn’t require an internet connection while providing a streamlined mobile experience. It uses Bluetooth for fast pairing and WiFi P2P (Peer-to-Peer) technology for the data transfer instead. This way, consumers receive an instant, stable, and high-speed connection between devices, along with low power consumption.
Since WiFi P2P technology doesn’t interrupt the WiFi connection, users can continue their activities on the device during the file transfer.
