Cornell University, INSEAD, and the UN’s World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) co-published The Global Innovation Index 2019, featuring 126 country profiles, including data, ranks, strengths, and weaknesses on the basis of 80 indicators, ranging from intellectual property filing rates to mobile-application creation, education spending and scientific and technical publications.
The Global Innovation Index is a detailed quantitative tool that helps global decision-makers to understand how to stimulate the innovative activities that drive economic development.
