Bose opened its first retail store to show its audio systems to the US customers in 1993
Ecommerce News reveals Bose will close all of its stores in Europe, as well as in North America, Australia, and Japan. The reason for that decision was an increasing shift to online shopping in certain regions around the world.
Bose will close a total of 119 physical stores over the next few months. That affects all Bose-owned stores in Europe, Australia, Japan, and North America. As long as Bose hasn’t reached a significant shift to e-commerce in the UAE and some parts of Asia, there will still be around 130 stores that remain open.
