Opera is going to launch new services aimed at improving consumers’ personal finances

According to Nasdaq, Opera intends to acquire Lithuanian-based Fjord Bank subject to regulatory approval. The purchase will allow Opera to further accelerate its fintech operations across Europe.
With the acquisition of AB Fjord Bank, Opera will become the owner of a bank, which is launching its first deposit and loan service in Lithuania during this summer.
