Abhi Saudi, powered by Alraedah Digital Solutions, has announced a partnership with TAM Aerospace & Defense, an aviation services provider in Saudi Arabia, to introduce Earned Wage Access (EWA) for the company’s workforce.

Under the agreement, TAM Aerospace & Defense employees will be able to access a portion of their earned salary before the standard payday cycle. The solution is designed to give staff more control over cash flow and support the management of everyday and unexpected expenses.
Abhi’s EWA platform will be integrated into TAM Aerospace & Defense’s existing workforce systems. The companies describe the collaboration as part of a shared effort to support employee financial wellness alongside operational productivity in the aviation sector.
Omair Ansari, Co-Founder and CEO of Abhi, said:
“At Abhi, we are focused on transforming the way income is accessed and experienced, making it real-time, flexible, and aligned with how people actually live and work today. Employees in high-performance industries like aviation should not have to wait for payday to manage essential needs or unexpected expenses. Our partnership with TAM Aerospace & Defense reflects our shared belief that financial access should move in step with operational demands and modern workforce expectations in Saudi Arabia.”
Eng. Zeyad el-Yahya, Chief Executive Officer of TAM Aerospace & Defense, said:
“At TAM Aerospace & Defense, we recognize that operational excellence starts with our people. Providing our employees with greater financial flexibility by empowering them with modern financial solutions that enhance their well-being and financial resilience through our partnership with Abhi is another step in creating a workplace where our teams feel supported, valued, and empowered. By investing in employee wellbeing, we strengthen the resilience of our workforce and reinforce our commitment to delivering mission-ready aerospace and defense capabilities for the Kingdom.”
Importance of Aviation and Defense in Saudi Arabia’s Diversification Strategy
The aviation and defense industries are included in the industrial sector the country is developing as part of its Vision 2030 program for economic diversification. The nation has set goals for greater local military spending, which entails increasing the involvement of its domestic industries, increasing the capacity of its civil aviation, and achieving the status of a regional aviation hub, promoting its initiatives through the General Authority of Civil Aviation and the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program.
The readiness and efficiency of personnel are relevant for meeting delivery timelines and standards in these sectors due to the specificity and importance of the processes performed. Employees’ rewards programs, which include different financial measures, are becoming a part of large-scale strategies developed by companies to ensure the stability of workforce rather than an independent incentive.
Other sectors of Saudi Arabia have also implemented the practices of adopting such financial products as earned wage access programs in order to reach Vision 2030 goals regarding workforce retention and motivation.
