Anthropic, a startup operating in the artificial intelligence industry, has developed a new AI model.

Anthropic Releases New AI Model

The mentioned company described its new digital product as the fastest and most capable of competing with OpenAI.

The new artificial intelligence model, designed by the startup, was named Claude 3.5 Sonnet. This digital product is a new version of the Claude 3 machine intelligence configuration, which debuted in March.

On Thursday, June 20, Anthropic announced that the new artificial intelligence model, which is a kind of technological base for its chatbot Claude, differs in the speed of the functioning process, twice as high as the same indicator of the previous variation of the mentioned AI configuration.

The startup also noted that Claude 3.5 Sonnet surpasses OpenAI’s digital products in terms of several main features, including text-based reasoning and coding.

Daniela Amodei, Anthropic’s co-founder and president, said during a conversation with media representatives that the new artificial intelligence model is the best and most intelligent in the industry. It is worth noting that currently there is already very significant competition in the AI area, which continues to intensify and scale. The corresponding situation will likely persist and exacerbate in the future since the artificial intelligence industry is currently on an active development trajectory and there are no convincing signs that this movement forward will be completed in the short, medium, and long term.

It is worth noting that in the era of the spread and integration of AI, the issue of cybersecurity has become particularly relevant. In this case, the personal awareness of users is of particular importance. For example, a query in the Internet search system such as how to know if my camera is hacked will allow anyone to get information about signs of unauthorized access to the device. It is also worth mentioning that scammers have access to artificial intelligence, which is why their activities become more sophisticated.
