FPT and HITEXIS Forge Strategic AI and Digital Transformation Alliance to Empower European Enterprises

A new cross-continental partnership of FPT and HITEXIS aims to bridge Europe’s digital and AI readiness gap by combining global engineering scale with deep regional consulting expertise to help businesses modernize operations and adopt intelligent technologies.

FPT and HITEXIS Forge Strategic AI and Digital Transformation Alliance to Empower European Enterprises

Vietnam-based technology and IT services leader FPT Software and European technology consulting firm HITEXIS announced a strategic partnership designed to accelerate digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) adoption across the Baltic States, the European Union, and neighboring markets.

The partnership is underscoring rising demand for digital solutions in a region where many companies are still building digital foundations. Details released Tuesday revealed the collaboration will co-develop sector-focused IT and AI solutions while supporting long-term transformation initiatives for enterprises and public institutions.

Under the agreement, FPT, with its extensive global delivery capacity and engineering expertise, will support cloud modernization, enterprise platforms, data architectures, and AI-driven automation. By leveraging machine learning, intelligent automation, and advanced data analytics, FPT plans to optimize development cycles and improve operational efficiency, enabling faster and more predictable delivery of large-scale transformation programs with robust security, quality, and scalability.

Meanwhile, HITEXIS will lead client engagement, transformation advisory, and solution design across Europe, focusing on digital strategy, intelligent automation, software development, and change enablement.

The collaboration targets key industries including manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, retail and ecommerce, telecommunications and financial services, where digitalization and intelligent technologies are increasingly seen as competitive necessities.

The partnership reflects a broader context in European markets where, despite strong interest in AI and digital tools, many organizations remain under-equipped with foundational systems and capabilities. A recent study found that while a growing number of European firms are experimenting with AI, essential digital infrastructure like cloud computing and integrated workflows remains underdeveloped, and a significant share of them lack clarity on the tools and skills needed to scale adoption effectively.

This initiative responds to such gaps by offering end-to-end support from strategic planning through implementation and scaling, potentially accelerating outcomes for organizations struggling with both expertise and execution. It comes at a time when surveys continue to highlight barriers such as skills shortages, unclear use cases, and digital readiness constraints that hinder deeper AI adoption among European enterprises and public bodies.

FPT’s expanding European footprint, spanning nine countries and bolstered by recent acquisitions including AOSIS in France (2023) and David Lamm Consulting in Germany (2025), positions the firm to deliver on this vision. According to FPT, it has supported digital transformation programs for more than 150 European enterprises across energy, manufacturing, financial services, aviation, and public services.

The partnership with HITEXIS signals a market-timely response to the growing recognition that effective digital modernization and AI integration require both strategic advisory and scalable engineering execution — a combination that could help European organizations build more resilient, future-ready digital systems in an increasingly competitive global environment.
