As part of the relevant efforts, IBM Consulting intends to train 10,000 consultants in the skills of generative artificial intelligence in AWS by the end of 2024.

Partners currently already offer solutions and services in the sphere of machine intelligence to customers from various industries. At the next stage of the development of cooperation, the companies plan to supplement existing technological solutions with new capabilities. The implementation of these intentions will allow customers to quickly integrate machine intelligence into their business and IT processes in AWS.

One of the new solutions provides for the modernization of the contact center using Amazon Connect, which uses generative artificial intelligence to improve voice and digital interaction between chatbots and live agents. He noted that the use of advanced technology makes it possible to increase the value of the business and at the same time transform it. Goyal noted that the combination of IBM’s legacy in the sphere of artificial intelligence and AWS’ experience in deep business process changes within a set of reengineering solutions with built-in generative machine intelligence capabilities will allow customers to scale AI apps quickly and responsibly on their chosen platform.

The mentioned companies are cooperating to meet the demand for the introduction of machine intelligence, which is showing growth. The partners note that their interaction is aimed at scaling corporate artificial intelligence within the framework of a human-centered approach and ensuring compliance with the values and standards of customers. The companies also promise the absence of bias on the part of advanced technology and a high level of data security.
