The platform, announced on July 22, is now available across the company’s U.S. partner network. According to Kurv, the solution is intended to simplify administrative processes for payment agents while providing greater visibility into merchant portfolios and earnings.

In particular, Kurv Agent enables agents to submit merchant applications digitally from any internet-connected device. The platform also supports electronic contract signing with one-time password (OTP) identity verification. After verification, the tool automatically routes completed applications to the company’s underwriting team. Besides onboarding capabilities, the portal includes a real-time dashboard that allows agents to monitor portfolio performance and access residual reporting.

The company said the platform was developed using feedback from agents to address operational challenges encountered during merchant acquisition and portfolio management. Features include real-time analytics, automated underwriting workflows, and optional white-label functionality, allowing agents to provide a branded merchant experience.

“The Kurv Agent Portal exists because agents asked for a better, faster way to drive efficiency and scale. This platform embodies Kurv’s mission for “modern payments, made simple,” unlocking greater earning potential for every agent and partner in our network,” said Afshin Yazdian, Executive Chairman and CEO of Kurv.

As merchant acquiring becomes increasingly competitive, payment providers have continued investing in software platforms that reduce onboarding times, automate compliance and underwriting processes, and provide partners with greater transparency into business performance. Digital self-service portals have become an important differentiator for acquirers and payment facilitators seeking to attract and retain independent sales organizations.

The introduction of Kurv’s unified portal also highlights the growing role of automation in merchant acquiring, where digital workflows are increasingly replacing manual processes. As payment providers continue to compete on speed, transparency, and ease of use, integrated platforms that combine onboarding, underwriting, analytics, and partner reporting are becoming a standard component of modern payment infrastructure.
