Paytronix is launching its advanced digital guest engagement solution for restaurants, retail chains and convenience stores on the Square App Marketplace, expanding restaurants’ reach beyond brick-and-mortar customers
Paytronix, an all-in-one customer experience platform that offers high-impact loyalty programs for restaurants, has integrated with the fintech provider Square, adding its guest engagement solution to Square App Marketplace.
That will enable restaurant and retail businesses using any Square point-of-sale (POS) platform to seamlessly add Paytronix online ordering and loyalty programs directly from the marketplace. This tech stack aims to facilitate and improve the online ordering process, simultaneously making “life easier for restaurants standardizing on the Square for Restaurants ecosystem.”
Technology has long started disrupting the restaurant industry. Restaurants get significant benefits from various tech, experimenting with automation for tasks including ordering, drive-thru management, delivery, checkout and food preparation.
Square’s integration of Paytronix makes the first-party ordering experience the same whether on-site or via a mobile device. The orders go directly from Paytronix Online Ordering to the Square POS and Kitchen Display System. As the menus are synched across all platforms, including the third-party ordering channel, the integration will reduce errors, pertinent to non-automated order acceptance.
In addition, the integration is expected to include Paytronix Loyalty in the near future, to help restaurants gain insights from purchases and build offers tailored to guests.
“Square’s integration with Paytronix is about keeping guests coming back, with loyalty-driven engagement right at the point of sale combined with purchase insights and tailored offers designed to increase visits and revenue,” says Square Head of Restaurant Partnerships Jane Hong. “Together, Square and Paytronix offer a nimble, scalable guest engagement solution that meets the needs of a restaurant as it grows.”
