Adyen has launched the Adyen Order Management System for Salesforce Commerce Cloud on Salesforce AppExchange. It is expected to empower customers to gain stronger insights on consumer behavior by monitoring orders/stock inventory, refunds, and cancellations.

According to the press release, Adyen’s single platform allows merchants to avoid costly exchange and settlement fees which can increase revenue. It also gives access to checkout, fraud protection, and conversion optimization out of the box.

The product also allows for simplified reporting with one consolidated reporting view on all payments which saves time and allows merchants to better predict settlement dates and fully manage the reconciliation process.

Lastly, Adyen’s risk management tools minimize fraud and maximize conversions. This integration offers more secure ways of processing card data, and reduces the scope of PCI assessments, by using secured fields at checkout.

Building relationships and knowing your customer is key to the success of any commerce business. For some of our customers, this requires a suite of integrations made possible by our partners. With Adyen and Commerce Cloud, companies will be able to increase revenue, simplified reporting, and minimize fraud
