Fiserv, a financial services technology solutions provider, has launched Enteract, a cloud-based CRM platform for financial institutions.
Enteract is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enables financial institutions to increase market share and go deeply into customer relationships by providing bankers with insights into customer data and actions, streamlining customer service processes and onboarding.
It is expected to help better manage relationship with your clients.
The platform includes an integration platform based on Microsoft Azure that synchronizes customer data with back-end systems and enables real-time process integration across enterprise content management, core banking and digital channels.
Enteract offers CRM functionality tailored to the needs of commercial and retail banking delivered by Fiserv in the Microsoft cloud. Additionally, the platform will be part of the upcoming Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services, which Microsoft announced in February 2021.
