US customers will be able to use the new shopping option
Walmart has teamed up with Instacart, an American pick-up service firm, to offer same-day grocery delivery in 4 US markets.
This way, the new option will be available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and Tulsa.
The US customers will have access to items ranging from groceries, alcohol, pantry staples to home decor, and improvement.
Instacart collaborates with such grocery chains like Albertsons, Aldi, Costco, Kroger, and Target. What is more, the company has also partnered Sam’s Club, owned by Walmart.
Their new collaboration is expected to help Walmart and Instacart to offer services similar to rival Amazon for same-day grocery delivery.
We’ve reported that Amazon now offers its grocery delivery service Amazon Fresh in the UK free with Prime. The company revealed that grocery delivery from Amazon Fresh will expand to millions of Prime members across the country by the end of the year.
