ABHI and KABi have partnered to bring Earned Wage Access (EWA) to employees in Saudi Arabia, offering instant access to earned salaries and boosting financial flexibility.

ABHI, powered by Alraedah, has joined forces with Saudi human‑capital technology leader KABi to deliver instant access to earned wages for employees across KABi‑managed organizations.
This strategic partnership integrates ABHI’s Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution directly into KABi’s workforce platforms, allowing employees to withdraw a portion of their accrued salary anytime during the month. The move provides immediate liquidity, helping staff manage daily expenses more effectively and reducing reliance on high‑cost financial alternatives.
“Our collaboration with KABi reflects ABHI’s ongoing commitment to advancing financial well-being and supporting digitally empowered workplaces in Saudi Arabia,” said Omair Ansari, Co‑Founder and CEO of ABHI. “By integrating Earned Wage Access into KABi’s ecosystem, we are enabling thousands of employees to experience financial freedom, flexibility, and stability.”
Khalid A. AlOraij, Board Member and CEO of KABi, added: “At KABi, we are dedicated to empowering workforces through modern technology solutions. Providing instant access to earned wages in collaboration with ABHI strengthens employee stability and supports a more productive and well-being-focused workplace.”
Founded in 2021, ABHI has rapidly expanded across the MENAP region. The company offers EWA, invoice factoring, payroll financing, and SME financing – all aimed at promoting financial inclusion and flexibility. Through partnerships with thousands of employers, ABHI has processed millions of transactions to date.
This is not ABHI’s first such collaboration: in November 2025, it teamed up with Bayut KSA (a leading Saudi real estate platform) to offer instant salary access to Bayut employees. That deal allowed staff to withdraw part of their accrued wages before payday, reinforcing financial well‑being and cash‑flow flexibility.
Likewise, in October 2025, ABHI partnered with Al Fardan Exchange, a major UAE financial services provider, to launch a salary‑advance service for WPS customers. That service enabled eligible workers to access up to 50% of their wages early via Al Fardan’s AlfaPay app or its nationwide branch network.
The addition of the KABi partnership continues this pattern of growth and underscores ABHI’s ambition to redefine how salaries are accessed in the Gulf region. By enabling employees to “get paid when they need it,” rather than waiting for conventional payday cycles, ABHI and KABi are helping to set a new standard for financial flexibility and employee welfare.
