The company’s press release says that the expanded set of platform features allows customers to automate the process of design, sourcing, and production.

As a result of interaction with some large factories, Dhakai eliminates the obstacles faced by enterprises and manufacturers when creating clothes and provides full transparency throughout the entire production process.

Currently, innovative solutions are being actively introduced in the garment industry. In January, the Showroom B2B supply chain platform focused on the fashion and clothing industry raised $1.35 million in an initial funding round. This was done to create a technological infrastructure, expand the network of retailers and manufacturers, and open new experience stores in which traders can touch clothing.

In December 2022, Fashion Cloud, a B2B e-commerce platform for the European wholesale fashion industry, raised about $26.6 million to activate the process of expanding the scale of international activities. Fashion Cloud co-founder Alies ter Kuile said that manufacturers and sellers are striving to interact within simpler and more effective forms of partnership.

In August 2022, JOOR announced the implementation of new initiatives to develop its payment platform and management platform for the fashion industry. As a result, new functionality has appeared that is available to consumers.

The Dhakai B2B marketplace ensures effective interaction of representatives of medium and small businesses operating in the field of clothing with large manufacturers of this product.

Dhakai founder Russell Karim said that shortly, the company will focus on creating and developing the simplest possible forms of interaction between sellers, start-up brands, and large firms.
