Glia has launched Prospect Snapshot, an AI tool that gives community and regional banks a profile of a potential business customer using only their name and address.

The report can show possible financing needs, risk indicators and a suggested next step, with evidence supporting the results.
The tool is intended to reduce the time bankers spend researching companies before contacting them. That work can involve checking several sources, including UCC filings, Secretary of State records, court documents and watchlists. Prospect Snapshot brings information from these records together rather than leaving bank staff to search through them separately.
Each profile can contain business details, enriched contact information, industry analysis, secured-debt data and screening results. Glia’s AI, developed specifically for banking, then interprets the information and puts the findings into the context of a possible business banking relationship.
“Business banking teams need to know which opportunities are worth their time and what to do next. But too many tools just give them more data to sort through,” said Justin DiPietro, co-founder and chief strategy officer at Glia. “Prospect Snapshot does the research and connects the dots, giving teams a much clearer picture of a potential customer before they pick up the phone.”
Jeffrey Butts, market president at Starion Bank, said the tool gives his team structured information in minutes rather than hours. He added that less time spent on manual research allows bankers to prepare for conversations, anticipate business needs and find solutions for local companies.
“In business banking, an hour saved on manual research is an hour earned toward understanding our customers and building stronger relationships,” Butts said. “Glia Prospect Snapshot gives our team structured, actionable intelligence in minutes instead of hours. It sharpens our preparation, helps us anticipate business needs, and ultimately allows us to have more meaningful conversations and connect our community’s business leaders with solutions that support their goals.”
The launch takes Glia’s Banking AI platform beyond its existing customer relationships and into business development. Banks can use the tool to research companies that have not yet become customers, without bringing in a separate prospecting system.
“Banking AI shouldn’t just help institutions manage the relationships they already have. It should help them find and build new ones,” DiPietro said. “Prospect Snapshot is another example of how we’re using AI built for banking to turn information into action. We’re helping business banking teams spend less time figuring out where the opportunities are and more time building relationships that turn opportunities into growth.”
Prospect Snapshot is now generally available as part of the Glia Banking AI Platform.
Glia says its Banking AI platform is used by more than 700 banks and credit unions. It combines specialized AI agents with banking data, interaction history and integrated systems to automate tasks across customer-facing and back-office operations.
