According to him, this upward trajectory has become a reality as a result of using Gemini. He stated that a study of enterprise clients conducted by the technology giant testified that, as part of the practice of applying the mentioned artificial intelligence models in Google Workspace customers save an average of 105 minutes per user, per week.

Currently, there are specific examples of the effectiveness of AI-based solutions from the technology giant in the course of other companies’ activities. For example, the Indonesian fintech firm GoTo Group has developed a voice assistant powered by artificial intelligence. The corresponding digital tool provides the GoPay app users with the ability to find and use functions by voice commands. This digital product supports the national language of the country – Indonesian Bahasa.

Pods, a provider of data movement and storage solutions, uses Gemini to help its marketing teams incorporate real-time location, time, weather, and neighborhood information into advertising. As part of the initial stage of launching the relevant technology practice, the company recorded that the number of requests for quotes increased. The corresponding figure grew by 33%.

The sports company Puma uses Imagen 2 to generate personalized product images in its online store. The firm tailors relevant content to different markets. This practice allows the company to accelerate the launch of the time-to-market for its digital campaigns. Also, in this case, there is an increase in click-through rates.

Scotts Miracle-Gro, a supplier of lawn, garden, and growing products, using solutions from Google, built an artificial intelligence agent that provides tailored gardening advice and product recommendations. The appropriate tool is applied by field sales associates. Over time, the company intends to offer this technological solution to consumers.

Snapchat’s instant messaging app has deployed Gemini on the Vertex AI to support its My AI chatbot, which operation is based on artificial intelligence. After the launch of the Snapping to My AI feature, the number of users of the mentioned app has more than doubled in the United States.

Google also announced the addition of the Gemini standalone app to the Workspace Business, Enterprise, and Frontline plans. It is expected that as a result of this decision, the number of employees of companies with access to an artificial intelligence-based assistant at work will increase.

Google Cloud also presented a new app called Customer Engagement Suite with Google AI. This solution combines the capabilities of the most advanced products of the technology giant in the area of conversational artificial intelligence with an omnichannel contact center as a service functionality.

It is worth noting that this week it also became known that Google provides the main features of the artificial intelligence assistant for Volkswagen drivers in a smartphone app. The relevant partnership is part of the technology giant’s strategy, focused on the most effective and successful interaction with business. As part of the appropriate approach, Google intends to provide third-party companies with tools for building enterprise artificial intelligence apps. The technology giant expects that this strategy will ensure the widespread prevalence of its AI-based functional solutions, from which it will be possible to benefit.
