HashKey Exchange Launches Unified Crypto Trading App Across Asia and Global Markets

HashKey Holdings Limited, an Asian digital asset group, has launched a new flagship crypto trading application that unifies its previously separate HashKey Exchange and HashKey Global platforms into a single user portal.

HashKey Exchange Launches Unified Crypto Trading App Across Asia and Global Markets

The new app introduces a “multi-site unification” model designed to provide users with streamlined access to HashKey’s regulated digital asset services across Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East (Dubai), and Bermuda, while maintaining separate compliance frameworks for each jurisdiction.

The launch represents a major product infrastructure milestone for HashKey’s “Asia Connect” strategy, as the company seeks to build a compliant digital asset network connecting multiple financial markets.

Historically, licensed crypto exchanges have operated through regional platforms because of differences in regulatory requirements, licensing structures, and customer verification rules. HashKey’s new approach aims to simplify user access while preserving jurisdiction-specific controls.

The company said the core principle behind the model is “unified entry, localized compliance.” Users can now download one application and manage compliant accounts across Hong Kong, Global, Singapore, or Middle East regions based on their respective Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) credentials.

Although the front-end experience is consolidated, HashKey said each regional service remains governed by local regulatory requirements. Access to specific features depends on user eligibility, and customers from unauthorized jurisdictions will not be able to access restricted services.

“With the official launch of the new App, HashKey Exchange has standardized its service dimensions for each site according to the latest local licensing qualifications,” the company said.

The updated platform combines multiple regulated offerings across HashKey’s operating regions.

HashKey Hong Kong serves as the company’s base hub, focusing on spot trading, over-the-counter (OTC) services, fiat on- and off-ramps supporting four currencies, and around 40 digital assets. The platform also includes wealth management services covering tokenized assets and compliant on-chain financial products for retail and Professional Investors.

HashKey Singapore focuses on OTC block trading and supports same-name virtual accounts. The platform offers OTC orders starting from $10 USD, with transaction limits reaching up to $50 million USD for corporate clients and $8 million USD for individual clients across 21 cryptocurrencies.

HashKey Middle East provides spot trading and proprietary brokerage services, while HashKey Global focuses on derivative trading products for international compliant users, with restricted jurisdictions separated from the platform.

Alongside the multi-market integration, HashKey has expanded the app’s functionality with a Web3 wallet service portal. The wallet is separated from centralized exchange operations and is designed to provide users with access to blockchain-based services through a compliant framework.

The company said institutional users will benefit from enhanced cybersecurity measures, multi-jurisdictional licensing coverage, and digital asset insurance protection.

“From its roots in Hong Kong to deep anchors in financial hubs like Singapore and the Middle East, HashKey Exchange is weaving fragmented footholds into a seamless, fast, global compliant trading network,” the company stated.

HashKey Exchange operates under HashKey Holdings Limited (3887.HK) and is among the first licensed retail virtual asset exchanges in Hong Kong. The company holds Type 1 and Type 7 licenses under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), as well as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO).

HashKey Exchange also holds ISO 27001 information security and ISO 27701 data privacy certifications. The company noted that services and available features vary by jurisdiction and are provided according to applicable regulatory requirements and licensing scopes.

Looking ahead, HashKey said it will continue using Asia as the foundation for expanding compliant digital asset infrastructure and connecting regulated crypto markets worldwide.
